I decided to stay here mainly because of its location—close to restaurants, breweries, and bars. Everything is easily walkable, just maybe not during the heat of the day! Fortunately, taxis and rideshares are readily available. The hotel itself was great—comfortable, clean, and well-kept. I didn’t give it five stars only because the parking was super, super expensive. Other than that, no complaints. If you’re looking for convenience and easy access to the local scene, this is definitely the place to stay.

The nicest Hampton I have stayed at. Great location and very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was surprisingly very good. Walking distance to arena and chase field. Highly recommend

Location wise it’s great, I went to Phoenix for a concert and it was a quick straight 8min walk. Some real good restaurants in the area too. I was a bit surprised at first of the no water bottles in the room, especially in Phoenix. While they were at the desk, so not much of an issue. Room wise was great. Bed was soft and room spacious. The one downside is that there is no business centre in this hotel. I had to print something off and the method available was to email my document to the front desk employee and they could print it off, which if your document contains any sensitive info, might be an issue. Luckily mine didn’t and they provided everything I needed. I would stay here again

The best part about this hotel is the breakfast! Janelle went above and beyond! From almond milk to gluten-free bagels, she accommodated all of allergies.

We are pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It’s in the center of the downtown Phoenix area. The room is gigantic! It has a bed area, a desk area, and a sofa area. The bathroom is equally as big. The bed is immensely comfortable. There is so much room to spread out. You don’t feel like you’re in a cramped hotel room at all. It’s probably one of the biggest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen for this price. And the rate includes free breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant downstairs is so so but at least there is food and you don’t have to leave the hotel to get it. We got checked in quickly, and the rate was very reasonable. We are very happy with this hotel. The only thing that we don’t like is the rate for valet service ($42), which we opted not to use. Instead, we chose to park on the street and pay the meter, which is free from 10 PM till eight in the morning.

COZY HOTEL w/ a NEAT LOCATION! The Hampton Inn is smack in the middle of DT Phoenix. It’s about a 10 min walk away from the eateries and sports hub. Hampton has paid parking. Valet parking isn’t required but it’s inevitable if you want a seamless experience. Most of the valet guys were decent and brought our car out quickly. My bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. I thought the shower was nice and they had good conditioner! It was easy on my hair. The views in the room weren’t the greatest, but at least we could keep an eye on our car in the valet lot. I appreciate the free breakfast which includes eggs, waffles, sausage, fresh oatmeal and juices/coffee. Although the breakfast could’ve been more flavorful, I accepted it for what it was. The lobby has a small nook with snacks and drinks, I spotted a microwave and frozen food too! I love the convenience of this hotel. Overall, service was solid. Alan was AMAZING, he consistently checked in and ensured our stay was great. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The only grump was some lady working the breakfast counter, she had a very unpleasant attitude. Other than that, I’d recommend this location.

My daughter and I spent a week here and for the most part were very happy. I used my Hilton app to check in prior to our arrival and had my room and digital key ready when we arrived. We bypassed the front desk and went straight to the room we chose. The room was nice and the AC worked really well!! The only issue with the room is the lack of dresser space to store our clothes. Definitely not enough for a room that sleeps up to four. Anytime I spoke with the hotel staff I received fast friendly service. I will definitely keep this location in mind if I ever come back to downtown Phoenix.

Nice hotel! Stopped overnight in Phoenix and stayed here for convenience. Discovered there is a police substation across the street. Nice! And Matt's Big Breakfast is two blocks away within easy walking distance. Ramped curbside entry made it super easy to get in and out with rolling luggage. Had interactions and got help from five different staff (including on the phone with front desk). Everyone was professional, friendly, and really nice. I'd stay here again just because the staff were so nice. 10/10 would stay here again.
